- $37.63. Notice payment madeback in July 2022. I have been sending as well as calling for either a trash can or refund of my money I paid. Since I did not owe them anything on a bill. I have been told all the following anjytime I call as well as leave a message. Sorry, I will check on that, allow ten days for refund to be sent. What can't place back on credit card. No we send only paper checks, that way we have proof we went your money. A company thing. Ok, check is fine. than I call after two weeks and repeat where is my trash can or refund? I will call corporate office then contact you right back. They never contact or even email you back what so ever. I wait again a week and call and ask where is my trash can I paid for and the service I paid for. Sorry, we do not service your ara, even if others on street get service? No problem, don't like me being public as was told bay many companies. Again no problem. At being retired and 75, in poor health. I have time to fight back. Week later, I will have the supervisor call you in a couple minutes, she is buy right now, but I promise I will make sure she calls. No call, and I call back the following day, Sorry we were very busy and she left a note for me to tell you that she contacted the corporate office and the check was just sent and allow ten days. Ok, thank you no problem, ten plus five days leate no refund. Called and said it was mailed, must have been lost in the mail. We will have another one seen and put on a stop for the one that has not arrived. aLLOW FIFTEEN DAYS. i SAID i NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH MAIL at my locked mail box. Told well it does happen call back were doing our best.
Try calling them sometime yourself and they play a waiting music sound and lucky if answer in three ours or less.; I have timed them. If they ever answer it will be your number 5 in line and next call. They don't answer qand they hang up and you start all over again. Now, I send many emails messages anmd forms filled out with as many as I can until I get exhausted. Every week I normally do this as well as leave voice messages and still no call back! Today, as early as possible I will try to call agaim as well as leave messages but there easy to delete.
Proof shown they are still holding my money and refuse to send it back. Why? Maybe waiting to sell to Card services as seems every jackin the box person starts a trash service there bought out by another main company. Years ago I was billed by two trash companies to the point I ended up taking my own trash to the dump site for only less thasn five dollars. Still do every month and costs me gas of course and time which is nothing compared to rates there sticking to people all the time. Tried regulat people and they want even a hundred bucks to haul off fifteen bags. Cheapest I found sixty dollars and he never came back so do it myself now once a month. But, all I want is either servive or my refund. What will the excuse be today? I assure you they don't give refunds at all back to anyone. After all it is close to September and I started as well as paid in July 2022. I also waited to hold off as people will beging to think I am not being honest. Hey, I am 75 years old and a step away from Heavens gate (hopefully) even if I am a KARMA believer.
People check this out as you have all my stories and found they were true. People working have no time to fight back and just pay whatever. Ever think why your shor on money? Now read all my complaints and learn no matter the business there stealing and short changing you anytime they can.
