Black Hills Gas laate fee's added on fee's for NO GAS!
Just after I stated last month in my newsletter that all Black Hills Gas Company needs to do is add fee's on the past due fee's informing that I have used NO GAS this month. Sure enough that is extacly what they decided to do. Gas is shut off, as I don't use gas durning the summer months. Matters not as long as your hooked up to their gasline then your going to still pay fee's for having gas hooked up to your residence. 1% late fee will be assessed for any balance over $50 not paid by the billing date of the next statement. My usage is $0.00 per kilowatt hour.
The Petroleum Industry is JACKING UP PRICES to make up for the LACK OF PROFIT they LOST during the COVID PANDEMIC when there were LESS sales of gasoline and when OIL was DOWN to $30-35 a barrel. SO now they just take advantage to not just RAISE the PRICES but also to PRICE GOUGE and blame the War between Russia & Ukraine, meanwhile the USA is the #1 PRODUCER of Oil. Now the PETROLEUM companies play along with OPEC because it's just ONE BIG CARTEL with different "MAFIA STYLE FAMILIES" and each one with a particular "TERRITORY" or part of the World they control, much the same way the COSA NOSTRA would divide up a City, State, or entire Nation. The President whatever Political Party they belong to DO NOT SET OR CONTROL OIL PRICES in the USA BECAUSE the PETROLEUM is NOT a NATIONALIZED Natural Reaource that belongs to ALL the people of the USA. [Case in point 🇮🇷 IRAN back in 1953 before the Coup by the USA & UK - BP British Petroleum & Standard Oil, & LIBYA 🇱🇾 under Gaddafi]. Private Industry SETS the PRICES NOT the US President, & they only care about the bottom line = PROFIT$, as no businessman starts a business "for the love of art" only to MAKE MONEY 💰 and these immoral, unethical GREEDY businessmen don't care who they hurt economically their alliance is NEVER to a country, only to the DOLLAR $$$$$$. SO, stop YOUR PROPAGANDA and be realistic.

There have been worse heat waves and climate issues way in the past before the industrial revolution. Volcanos, sun activity and the magnetic poles effect the climate more than man ever can. Climate change is a Hoax use by the Elites to take all your rights away is all about control come on people wake up , Ban Golf courses, water parks, lawn watering, swimming pools, fountains and make water consumption for drinking,bathing and cooking. No water guns,water balloons and no splashing. No air conditioning,we need to sweat. No more bottled water and no spitting. Lol
Man made climate change is not real. they are lying to you about the data if you remove all the weather stations in urban heat island bloom areas it would show a slight cooling trend.

Of course nobody wants to suck dirty air caused by coal or gas, but CO2 isn't culprit for so called climate change. On the contrary, we human, animals and plants all need CO2 to live. Zero emissions? So stupid and evil. Have you figured it out?

Finally decided to cancel appointment.
Yes, I did think about it, and there was nothing that could be done since I already went though one sometime ago at the same place. Know what to do if and when I have a stroke, as have a few every so often and many just seem to, go away after laying down anyways. Besides, everyone is dying around me anyways and tired of seeing those even younger leaving before me. When at war (battles) Understandable. Just wasn't my time as they say.
I am on enough med's now, and even with my daily dreams, I can cope with. Nighmares, well after all these years, there all the same, jut get weirded when I can finally get into a nighmare. Shows that I at lease did go to sleep. Nightmares I doubt will ever leave me along until I am dead anyways. Able to cope with people is the mail thing, as no fights in a very long time, and I have been close to getting into them just about all the time I speak to anyone that I disagree with. Which is everyone now days! I have been given enough meds to last a very long time, and seldom miss any days. Sometimes forget and take a second time by mistake, but don't do nothing but make me groggy and sleepy so again back to nightmares for awhile until awaken then back to fighting with whoever or whatever is on my list of scammers that refuse to refund money for trash.
Besides Blood Pressure have well under control as found out how to do it correctly, and even doctor likes how I proved to him that things are good until January for next appointment. So why ruin all that time off to go to a stress test and be told come back for other stupid stuff. Getting use to the cane as well.

Please cancel stress test for Thursday @ 1400 hrs. I read up on this, and it has nothing to do with mental health/High Blood Pressure. I already know it's because I am lazy, and just don't want to walk/work-out or do anything. Thanks for the concern. But, already went under a stress test and recall that it did nothing but cause me to sweat, be out of breath, plus could never even move the pedals up and down even once. That remanis the same and just have no interest. Prefer to fight with what life I do have left and not waste someone's time that is much younger and wants to be cured and back to younger times. I will just dream of them and then have nightmares over everything else daily. Besides getting very interesting in some of these thoughts when I can finally sleep for a few hours if possible.Thanks again

I have been told all the following anjytime I call as well as leave a message. Sorry, I will check on that, allow ten days for refund to be sent. What can't place back on credit card. No we send only paper checks, that way we have proof we went your money. A company thing. Ok, check is fine. than I call after two weeks and repeat where is my trash can or refund? I will call corporate office then contact you right back. They never contact or even email you back what so ever. I wait again a week and call and ask where is my trash can I paid for and the service I paid for. Sorry, we do not service your ara, even if others on street get service? No problem, don't like me being public as was told bay many companies. Again no problem. At being retired and 75, in poor health. I have time to fight back. Week later, I will have the supervisor call you in a couple minutes, she is buy right now, but I promise I will make sure she calls. No call, and I call back the following day, Sorry we were very busy and she left a note for me to tell you that she contacted the corporate office and the check was just sent and allow ten days. Ok, thank you no problem, ten plus five days leate no refund. Called and said it was mailed, must have been lost in the mail. We will have another one seen and put on a stop for the one that has not arrived. aLLOW FIFTEEN DAYS. i SAID i NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH MAIL at my locked mail box. Told well it does happen call back were doing our best.
Try calling them sometime yourself and they play a waiting music sound and lucky if answer in three ours or less.; I have timed them. If they ever answer it will be your number 5 in line and next call. They don't answer qand they hang up and you start all over again. Now, I send many emails messages anmd forms filled out with as many as I can until I get exhausted. Every week I normally do this as well as leave voice messages and still no call back! Today, as early as possible I will try to call agaim as well as leave messages but there easy to delete.
Proof shown they are still holding my money and refuse to send it back. Why? Maybe waiting to sell to Card services as seems every jackin the box person starts a trash service there bought out by another main company. Years ago I was billed by two trash companies to the point I ended up taking my own trash to the dump site for only less thasn five dollars. Still do every month and costs me gas of course and time which is nothing compared to rates there sticking to people all the time. Tried regulat people and they want even a hundred bucks to haul off fifteen bags. Cheapest I found sixty dollars and he never came back so do it myself now once a month. But, all I want is either servive or my refund. What will the excuse be today? I assure you they don't give refunds at all back to anyone. After all it is close to September and I started as well as paid in July 2022. I also waited to hold off as people will beging to think I am not being honest. Hey, I am 75 years old and a step away from Heavens gate (hopefully) even if I am a KARMA believer.

Walmart no mpick up slots in the mornings on Saturday & Sunday. Read the reply from a chat message and you decide is lie or not? I don't talk long with the bot, and finally a live person arrives. Have always ordered from the application on the phone/computers until finally fed up that they never toasted the bread as dark as I like. Also because only way your able to buy one and get one free. As well as earned points of two dollaqrs off the total including the 50% off makes it really a lot cheaper.
This time I ordered outside this local sub-way that I have always used for past few years and was going to get bread TOATED. I know what a jerk. Hey this old man can no longer work because of health but I sure as hell make sure I get what I pay for.
As soon as I seen my ordered was paid for as well as accepted, I went into the subway, said that is my order your getting ready to prepare. The lady said well that was fast. Yes, I wanted to get the sandwich the way I stated on that slip of paper as you never do it. Oh really was the reply. I went along with the what type of cheese, American, then she went to the tuna, No stop, Toast the bread first then add Tuna, 30 seconds on clock, not brown at all but hot period and cheese melted. I said no, do it again, I want bread brown. She puts both footlongs back for another thirty seconds, When they came out after a minute, nice and brown. I said now I am happy. I will say toast for a minute instead of 36 seconds, as thought it was right. Then she proceeded to add Tuna, then I started to say light lettece, and she said I have the paper right here and can read. Hmm, I just made you mad, sorry, will follow and say nothing and I am sorry. Should have known I did order over the phone. Normally give $3-5.00 tip for doing everything correctly when I walk in. But, being corrected pissed me off, so left a dollar this time. Told her I would not have to do this if your treated people with not having a credit/debit card in order to get a discount. She stated, we have no say over what the company does. I understand that. But, if able to give debit/credit cards a discount but not cash paying customers doesn't seem to be fair. In fact use to be most people that used cash were given discounts, but today it is different. That is because each card they process the company is charged.
Now, maybe some of you can see I only pick on those wanting to screw the public/citizens and don't care how they do it.I have alot of these type of stories in here over fifteen years with eaveryone I get into smack attack with. Read them.

Yes, I know all my information can be used against me. I knew that the day the Bentonville Sheriff's department released all the information to everyone possible years ago because of one of their dirty filthy of eleven years were bullying people. But, he ran into another bully just like him and went to work else where after dirty district attorney even still wanted to take it to court and be slapped for being dirty as well. Let me tell you if you don't fight, your going to be able to be pushed around all your life. At 75 years old now, I still fight and never hide nothinbg to the thanks of then Bentonville sheriff's department. I came from a crooker town in California with drug dealing sheriff's deputies and even a Lt. was caught stealing from the evidence drugs for his addiction. Really hard to get that one, but they did finally. Hell when arrived here in Bentonville, officers were giving mexicans verbal fines and not have to go to court. Took sometime for them to finally get caught. Hell, even receptions were stealing from there own fines and saying they were not paid. All this can be found some place as I never have said anything about these people that were given powers over us what is called CITIZens. wERE ALL THE SAME. Fight and all your information will also be released as mine and many others have. But, have more time to fight since can't work any longer. assure you words hurt more than you know. Try it! Anything you read will normally be because of dishonest employers/employee's and sometimes I win and lose. But, over all I have come out a winner. KARMA is my religion. I will dearly pay high if even take on someone that did not deserve it. Stop calling as only take calls if in the mood to have some fun with whoever it is.
Get a shot, wear a mask, Learning that people with shots are dying now, notice that those shots don't do nothing but make you ill and even kill you?
How many days before nulclear war to shut down information like this?

I never use gas in the summer months, I have no need for gas until winter time. Billing me your service charges is a rip off and dowb right dishonest as we all have limited income today. your a corporation and should not need to steal from your customers. I wish all fee's charged for telling me I have used no gas this month be stopped. I can always switch to electric in winter at a greater cost, but electric doesn't try to shove it up the ass to their customers as you do.

Kum & GO
Don't order any hot lunch foods before 11 AM. They will say, sorry it is breakfast now, and to come back at lunch? Pizza's no matter the hour always there. If they have nothing left over in the hot section/sandwich area, then don't expect them to make it even if more than one employee standing around doing nothing.2400 Hudson road, Rogers, Arkansas 72756.
