Old Mans Room For All to know
Keep handing out money for repairs and what it breaks AGAIN?
This repair leak or leaks has been going on now for over a week. Told need this and this for so much money. The first time Ricky lost receipts. Ricky lost meaning he took three-quarters of the money and still didn't get the right items and if given $80.00 and parts were by verbal 45.97 or less/more. Wrong part, lost parts. Repaired, then cap water off then a couple days later cap pops off. I can't hear all this bullshit so the people think. Cap lost and they search and finally did something and fixed it again. Yup, sure is two days later water running in the laundry room and mop outside after cleaning up. They first take off the faucet on the outside, because of the leak so stated. No water outlet outside no longer. After, all leaked so capped off also. Of course, still leaking whenever money is needed. Going to replace them as soon as they can. Nope, they connect to the laundry room and break that faucet and of course leaking again because of rough using and pulling on the hose to water whatever. Get used to the $50.00 a month water bill. Nope, not with the trash, I have here at my place. The last bill was over five hundred dollars, Warned I have a leak, but the repair renters always know better and no leak. Never repaired as stated, but told it is and I say then why is it leaking. Can't get around and when I finally do, I go inside the laundry room and see it leaking when already repaired three days ago. Must have broken off again and gained. They get high or drink or whatever and I get bullshit, It'll be repaired after all I work all day and am tired. Meanwhile, water is now dripping not slow drip and the cap broke off again. Ah bathroom leaking now after being repaired as well last week, no leaking. I hear new renters up and saying I thought that was fixed. Ricky, as well as Josh, then say to each other I don't know how to fix this. THEY do what, who knows as they moped up the floor again. Mop outside. My kid states he needs more money. Sorry, I gave him all I had 60.00 fifty than forty and broke now. Oh, the bill now if $286.00, and not even sent yet. No money between them again either. So, what next another week before paid so the bill is what oh if lucky 500.00 or less. Maybe if lucky water is shut off. Then they will have to pay for bottled water and flush the toilet that way. Hell, go to the river and bath as well. Buy drinking water. Had water shut off because of the bill before and this time not going to do it again. Anyone wanting not to pay what they owe then can also move. Have to save money get a plumber to do what I should have asked them to do instead of asking adults that they can. Hell, someone is whispering their ass and rolling the shit up in toilet paper and throwing it into the wastebasket. Why? Oh to save on the sewer as paper uses up sewer and they cot $500.00 plus to come out to empty. One renter got tired of going into the bathroom because of other renters smelling things up. They save on water, as never shower maybe once every few weeks or less.
Here water running right now, from where no idea and not going to get up to see either. If still not running correctly by November then will make a lot of changes myself even. Look for a place to rent first, then shut everything off and go from there. Best do it before winter and should have done it when new renters didn't pay the rent as agreed to. Wanting to help people doesn't work as not their property and they always seem to be taken advantage of because I rent a room at $350.00 a month, but right now two at $200.00 and a large master for four and three dogs at $700.00. Given a break because they were going to get a place at end of October I am told. Plus still owes $120.00 in rent and twenty I loaned them even. Yes, and they wonder why I am out of money. If they can't figure that out then why should I even continue to give money away for things to be done and things continue to get worst every day? Guess I'll call a plumber tomorrow to late to do so now anyways. Cheapest Plummer is $185.00 an hour to even look at the problem and then $185.00 if able to repair at that rate or so much if parts are more. I already spent more than that on these so-called thirty plus old adults. No one can be honest and say I don't know what is wrong, but if able to get paid now and still can't repair it, who the hell cares? Even medicare trying to bill me for things that the VA won't pay them for. Even after serving in a war zone, never think that vets get off free. Fight with both medicare (Government) and veterans health care ( Government as well). Both never know what they're doing even. My pills as well as casters run into hundreds a month. Nope, own property, no such thing as food stamps in the thousands or snap even. Not to mention insurance on property and car all the rest like electric, gas, trash water, plus cell phone, etc. Going to need to make cuts again. First will be gas, everyone can microwave or bbq outside. Pilot lights will still cost $15-20.00 a month for gas. Still billed even if don't use gas because of damn pilot lights. Oh sure everyone tells me to switch to electric 220. Yea, electricity will even go higher than gas soon. Cut back on food. Yea, right. Can't afford the $7.00 McDonald's burger now. Never even eat meat if prices continue. Meanwhile the SSI or disabled continue. No wonder workers are giving up. Get more support being on a government roll than being a worker at $17.00 starting hourly wages.

I use to run what is called a bulletin board at 300, 1200, and up which was only connected by phone with the modem you purchased. No longer is that done as others now run a stack of modems in their office for everyone to get on the internet. Now, Cox, Pacific Bell, At&T, Splint, etc. are all doing it in a big way of connecting service. One day there will only be one world government service that will place people in certain sorted out to retrain those not complying with the social beliefs of your new slave drivers. But, coming very soon!
Because of me, so they state. But, really because Karma is catching up to them and showing them what life is really all about. They just no longer can afford it from pot, pills, drinks.
